Creek Tower: Another Artistic Architectural Wonder in Dubai

When it comes to Architectural development, the UAE intends to be the best and always seeks for creativity in order to keep evolving and bring amazement to the world and its inhabitant.

From Khalifa Tower, Princess Tower, Al Arab Tower to the new project in which will be lunched in 2020, this new skyscraper will definitely break the Guinness record for being the World’s longest tower.

The project was announced in 2016 and has well studied by the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and he himself choose the design in which will be the Tower project.

The selected design was from the widely known Spanish-Swiss Architect Santiago Calatrava Valls, who is famous for his dizzying construction designs worldwide.

The construction process is in the hands of the Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, these two companies have gained a great reputation in the Architecture part and have completed plenty of amazing construction projects inside the Middle east.

A perfect Location

the tower will be located in a cultural site that has amazing view; it is a part of the waterfront iconic projects that will site at Dubai Creek Harbor and close to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

It’s considered to be in a very strategy place in which holds a lot of attractions and presents a combination of the old and new Dubai through Culture and development.

A Mesmerizing piece of Art

The project tends to reflect the Islamic features in its design, it takes a form of the Minaret,” a type of Tower built typically into a Mosque in which is presented as an Islamic Symbol, the Tower’s design was inspired by the lily Flower as well, which gives it a very special and unique feature.

Adding to the special shape that the Tower will take, it will depict important and remarkable urban evolving in the region, due to the fact that it will hold cultural spaces in which will remind the visitors historical facts, such as the Hanging Gardens of Babel, one of the Seven Wonder of the Ancient World, and several traditional things that will maintain the heritage of the City in a very developed ways.

The Tower will also display a dynamic illumination and movement lightning in which will present an impressive attraction to people, and offer a sensation of beauty.

It will also provide an advanced digital lifestyle that will be a mind-blowing and surly will have a great influence to the visitors.

An ideal project for Dubai’s development

The Creek Tower appears to be convenient for the Future development of the UAE, as a result, it will improve the touristic side more, and attract people to visit Dubai, it’s also a call for innovations and creativities, to lead the new generation to think passionately and seek for greatness and beauty.

The construction process is expected to be finished this year, and the lunch day will be with the Dubai expo.

برج خور دبي:إعجاب معماري فني أخر في دبي

عندما يتعلق الأمر بالتقدم المعماري فتنوي دولة الإمارات بأن تكون الأفضل ودائما ماتسعي للإبداع وذلك حتي تستمر في التطور ومنح الشعور الدهشة للعالم ولسكانها.

من برج الخليفة و برج الأميرة ,برج العرب إلي المشروع الجديد الذي سيطلق عام2020,من المتوقع أن تحقق هذه الناطحة السحاب رقما قياسيا علي موقع جينيس لكونه أطول برجا في العالم.

تم الإعلان عن المشروع عام 2016وتم دراسته بشكل جيد من قبل نائب الرئيس ورئيس وزراء دولة الإمارات العربية,وقام بنفسه بعملية إختيار التصميم الذي سيكون مشروع البرج.

وقع الإختيار علي تصميم المهندس المعماري الإسباني المعروف بوسعة,سانتياجو كالاترافا فالس ,وهو مشهور عالميا بتصاميمه المعمارية المذهلة.

تتم عملية البناء تحت أيادي شركة عمار العقار وأيضا دبي القابضة,ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هاتين الشركتين قد كسبن سمعة ممتازة في المجال البنائي وقاموا بإتمام العديد من المباني المدهشة داخل الشرق الأوسط.

موقع ممتاز

سيكون موقع البرج في مركز ثقافي ذو منظر مذهل,يعد هذا المشروع جزء من المشاريع التي ستنشئ في الواجهة المائية عند خور دبي بالقرب من محمية رأس الخور للحياة البرية .

ويعتبر أن يكون في موقع استراتيجي للغاية حيث يحتوي علي الكثير من الأمور الجذابة كما أنه يقدم مزيج من دبي القديمة والحديثة من خلال الثقافة والتقدم.

عمل فني فاتن

يميل المشروع لمعاكسة الملامح الإسلامية عبر تصميمه,فهو يأخذ شكل المأذنة التي تعد ثقافة إسلامية,إلي جانب كون التصميم مستحوي من زهرة الزنبق مما يعطيه ملامح مميزة وفريدة.

بالإضافة إلي الشكل الخاص الذي سيتخذه البرج,سيقوم أيضا بتصوير تقدم حضاري مهم للمنطقة,وذلك بسبب حقيقة كونه سيحمل مساحات ثقافية تقوم بتذكير الزوار بوقائع تاريخية مثل حديقة بابل المعلقة والتي تعد واحدة من عجائب الدنيا القديمة ,وأيضا العديد من الأشياء التي ستحمي تراث المدينة بطريقة متقدمة.

سيقوم البرج بعرض حركات ضوئية التي ستجذب الناس وتمنحهم شعورا بالجمال,إلي جانب توفيره لحياة رقمية متقدمة والتي من شأنها أن تؤثر علي الزوار بكل تأكيد.

مشروع مناسب لدبي في مجال التقدم

يظهر برج الخور بأن يكون مناسب لمستقبل التقدم لدولة الإمارات المتحدة,ونتيجة لذلك,سيقوم بتحسين الجانب السياحي أكثر وجذب الكثير من الناس لزيارة دبي.

إنه يعد نداء للإبتكارات,حيث تقوم بإرشاد الجيل الجديد للتفكير بحماس والسعي نحو العظمة والجمال.

من المتوقع أن تتم العملية البنائية هذا العام,وسيكون يوم إطلاقه مرافقا ليوم الحدث المهم دبي اكسبوا 2020.
