The first 3D printed office building in Dubai

Dubai has succeeded to build the world’s first 3D printed office building, an initiative of including 3D printed designs into constructions and buildings, it was launched on May 23,2016.

Located in the heart of the city near the museum of the future, the 3D printed office has already gained a Guinness record of being the largest 3D printed building in the world.

The work was a collaboration between Dubai and China by using building materials from the U.A.E.

What’s even surprising and interesting is that the building was done in only 17 days and built with only 15 people.

A brilliant idea for reducing construction waste in Dubai

The first 3D printed office wasn’t only an idea for enriching Dubai’s development in the architecture sector, in fact it was also a part of a solution to reduce construction waste inside the U.A.E and outside it as well.

The 3D office has earned a great reputation internationally due to its unique and impressive style and size, adding to the saving of costs and workers unlike the normally used in the regular architecture process.

The 3D printed office is considered to be a house of the Dubai future foundation temporarily, and locates in a very important site in the city.

A workspace, and a place of creativity and innovative ideas

The 3D office in Dubai was designed to embrace almost various activities and missions, for instant, is now a space for the Dubai future foundation, but in the future the 3D office could be also a place for events, workshops and perhaps will host exhibitions as well.

The world’s first 3D building in Dubai is a very known as a touristic destination these days, and attracts lot of Dubai’s visitors whom are welling to discover more about Dubai’s most interesting Achievements.

Important step for the middle east future modern building

For Dubai it’s indeed a great deal to managed to create such remarkable building in its city, and of course this has a positive effect on the whole middle east, therefore, bringing this genius architecture idea to the Arabic world will leave a great mark to the other Arabic countries and who knows maybe it’s a call for 3D modern constructions world.!

Inside the world’s first 3D printed building in Dubai

The space was adorned with modern decoration style, the white color dominates most of the area, beside purple and yellow and other colors, with a calmness and amazing view that is seen through large and huge glass windows, it also contains prepared rooms for meetings, and spaces for relaxing.

The whole office building looks extremally dazzling, a remarkable invention and we can see the future through this 3D office.

نجحت دبي في تشيد أول مبني ثلاثية الأبعاد في العالم,كمبادرة لإدخال تصميمات ثلاثية الأبعاد في المباني,وقد تم افتتاحه في 23مايو عام 2016.

واقعة في قلب المدينة بالقرب من متحف المستقبل,حقق المبني المكتبي المصمم بتقنية ثلاثية الأبعاد رقما قياسيا علي موقع جينس لكونها أكبر مبني ثلاثية الأبعاد في العالم .

وقد تم العمل من خلال تعاون مابين دبي والصين وذلك عبر إستخدام مواد بناء مملوكة لدولة الإمارات.

الأمر المفاجئ والمذهل في الحدث هو أن هذا المبني تم في خلال 17يوما فحسب وبني من خلال 15أشخاص فقط.

فكرة ممتازة للتقليل من مخالافات البناء في دبي

لم تكن فكرة تشيد أول مبني بثلاثية الأبعاد من أجل إثراء تقدم دبي وتطورها في مجال البناء فحسب,وإنما في واقع الأمر,كان جزء من حل تقليل مخالافات البناء داخل المملكة وخارجها أيضا.

وقد كسب المبني المكتبي سمعة ممتازة دوليا,وذلك بسبب أسلوبه البنائي الفريد والمدهش وكذلك حجمه ,بالإضافة إلي الإقتصاد في النفقات والعمال الذي حدث أثناء تشيده بخلاف مايحدث في عملية البناء المعتاد والمعروف.

ويعد المبني المكتبي المصمم بثلاثية الأبعاد بيتا مؤقتا لمؤسسة دبي للمستقبل ,كما أنه يتوجد في موقع مهم في المدينة

مساحة عمل,مكان للإبداع وكذلك للأفكار المبتكرة

تم تصميم المبني المكتبي الثلاثية الأبعاد ليحتضن العديد من الأنشطة والمهمات,فعلي سبيل المثال ,إنه الأن بمثابة مساحة لمؤسسة دبي للمستقبل,ولكن قد يكون مكانا للمناسابات في المستقبل,أو لورشات العمل وربما أيضا قد يستقبل معارض فنية .

يٌعرف أول مبني مصمم بتقنية ثلاثية الأبعاد في دبي كواجهة سياحية هذه الأيام,ويجذب الكثير من زٌوار دٌبي الذين يسعون للإكتشاف عن أهم إنجازات دبي المثيرة للإهتمام.

خطوة مهمة لمستقبل الشرق الأوسط في مجال البناء الحديث

إنه بالفعل لأمر مهم لدبي كونها تمكنت من تشيد هذا المبني المهم داخل مدينتها,وبالطبع هذا الحدث له أثر إيجابي علي الشرق الأوسط بأكمله,فإحضار هذه الفكرة العبقرية للمباني للعالم العربي سيترك علامة ممتازة للدول العربية الأخري,من يدري قد يكون هذا نداء لعالم بنائي حديث عبر تقنية ثلاثية الأبعاد!

داخل أول مبني في العالم مطبوع بتقنية ثلاثية الأبعاد في دبي

تم تزيين المكان بأسلوب عصري ,ويستحوذ اللون الأبيض علي المكان وذلك إلي جانب الأرجواني والأصفر وكذلك ألوان أخري,بالإضافة إلي منظر هادئ ورائع يتم رؤيته عبر نوافذ زجاجية ضخمة,ويحتوي أيضا علي غٌرف معّدة للإجتماعات ومساحة للإستراحة .

يتخذ المبني المكتبي شكلا مبهرا,إنه إختراع مهم للغاية ويمكننا رؤية المستقبل من خلاله .
